Chicken Salad Chick will enter the Tampa, Florida market this Summer with a 3555 square foot end cap unit in the University Collection on East Fowler Ave. and 30 St./Bruce B. Downs Blvd. “This end cap space will feature great inside and outside dining areas for guests to enjoy the Chicken Salad Chick experience,” said president Kevin Brown. A franchise location, the owners are Brad and Tammy Cochran and Pete and Julie North of Tampa Bay CSC LLC. It will be the first of six locations planned for the Tampa area. “We are delighted to be part of the Chicken Salad Chick family and look forward to opening our first of many stores in the Tampa area,” said Brad Cochran. Currently there are 31 Chicken Salad Chick locations open throughout the Southeast and the chain has sold 101 franchises to be developed across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Chicken Salad Chick has plans to expand nationally in the coming years.
