Celebrity chef Kevin Sbraga will be opening a Sbraga & Company casual restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida in the Fall. According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, the 6600 square foot, 198-seat restaurant is at the Unity Plaza at 220 Riverside Ave. The unit will feature meats, seafood and vegetables cooked on a wood fire grill along with breads made on-site. Sbraha & Company will offer shareable plates and entrees and a bar offering that includes cocktails, draught beers and wines. Sbraga operates the Sbraga and The Fat Ham restaurants in Philadelphia.  This will be the company’s first venture outside of Philadelphia.
