Development Process Begins…..

Simon Property Group has applied for re-zoning to begin the development process on Hartford Premium Outlets in Windsor Locks in Hartford County in Connecticut. The project will be located near the intersection of Route 20 and I-91 on Old Country Rd.  The first phase will consist of about 350,000 square feet of retail space, a Market Hall that will incorporate a variety of dining options, and two signature restaurants on the property's perimeter, all in a village-like setting reminiscent of a Windsor Locks community. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2016 for an opening 13 months later. Simon's other Premium Outlets properties in the region include Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets in Clinton in Connecticut and in Massachusetts, the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Wrentham and Lee Premium Outlets in Lee.
