New Small Dish Concept in North Miami…..
Beaker & Gray is a small dish concept featuring global ingredients and a fun, simple approach to different flavor profiles. A collaboration between Executive Chef Brian Nasajon and Bar Manager Ben Potts, the new concept will open in the third week of September at 2637 North Miami Ave. at NE 27th St. in the Wynwood area of North Miami. The 3600 square foot, 115 seat restaurant will incorporate a cocktail lounge, seating at an open kitchen bar front and terrace searing. The full service bar will feature 250 spirits and share a similar philosophy in menu style. “After hours, although we continue to serve food, we aim at transforming the ambience into a bar scene that will be open to the late nighters,” explained Nasajon. A Beaker is a vessel used by bartenders to mix drinks. A Gray spoon is a high quality utensil used for plating and serving.
