Welcome to the new Restaurant & QSR Expansion Report. We may seem familiar. That’s because we used to be the Restaurant & QSR E-News but, like so many other businesses, we are changing with the times. But make no mistake, we are staying true to our initial purpose and building on them.

Like our previous format, the Restaurant & QSR Expansion Report concentrates on the growth and expansion aspects of the restaurant and food service industry. And our focus is on the East Coast region of the United States. Each and every issue, and there are at least 24 issues per year, includes information on new and expanding companies and much, much more. Along with the editorial package that reports on a restaurant company’s latest expansion activities, there is also our Restaurant Work Sheets, a directory-style listing with details on the company, its uses, requirement, contacts, etc. And as changes occur or more information comes available, these Restaurant Work Sheets are updated and sent out to our subscribers.

As you can see, the Restaurant & QSR Expansion Report is designed exclusively to answer the needs of the commercial landlord, the retail real estate broker, investor, supplier, etc. Each issue supplies its subscribers with up to date business leads, decision-making information and deal making opportunities, for pennies.

That’s what we are. Now this is what we are not! Restaurant & QSR Expansion Report is not a blog or an in-house brochure. We realize that there are a lot of people with opinions, some valid and some not so, that like to expound in elaborate detail on any subject, largely for self-satisfactory reasons. That’s not us. We also know that there are companies that will disguise their advertising message under the appearance of free editorial content. That’s not us either. We are not connected or contracted to any restaurant, brokerage, landlord, association, etc. Our ‘employer’ is the subscriber. We work for our subscribers.
The Restaurant & QSR Expansion Report is a business. It is a subscription-only publication designed to meet the needs of its subscribers. Recognizing that each person and company have their own set of needs and standards, we do not editorialize or recommend. We seldom, however, report on companies that aren’t expanding. We make every effort to clearly and concisely give the facts as our subscribers require. It is not our purpose to promote or critique companies. There are more than enough bloggers already giving this ‘service’.

Make no mistake though, we do have an opinion, and maybe even a slightly different outlook on some situations. As a matter of fact, our subscribers have come to expect our ‘rants’, and sometimes even look forward to them.
