Co-owners Eric Warnstedt and William McNeil opened the long awaited Hen of the Wood restaurant in the Vermont Hotel on Cherry St. in Burlington, Vermont.  The 95-seat restaurant features a daily changing menu based on premium ingredients found in the immediate area.  The restaurant’s bar features a selection wines and unique cocktails.  The original Hen of the Wood restaurant opened on Stowe St. in Waterbury, Vermont in late 2005……..
