In mid-November, the Altamarea Group opened its first full service casual dining Osteria Morini restaurant in the Washington DC market. Featuring a Northern Italian cuisine, the 4250 square foot unit is at Water St. and 3^rd St. SE in the Yards Park facing the park and waterfront.  The mixed use development is on the Anacostia Waterfront in the city’s Southeast area. Altamarea Group presently operates an Osteria Morini on Lafayette St. in New York’s Soho area and another in Bernardville in New Jersey. The restaurant group also operates several other full service restaurant banners in New York, Hong Kong, London and Istanbul.
