Franchisee Opens 1st of Five…….

Georgia native Tyler Mobley opened the first of his planned five Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint franchises in the region in Warner Robins in central Georgia in late August. The unit is at 133 Margie Dr. “Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint provides diners great customized pizza and sandwiches that showcase premium ingredients, and earning smiles with prompt at-table delivery in a comfortable setting.  I want to bring that great experience to central Georgia,” said Mobley.  Following the opening of the Warner Robins restaurant, Mobley plans to open four more Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint locations in central and South Georgia, including two in Macon and two in Valdosta. At Uncle Maddio’s guests interact with the pizza maker to customize their own pizza with premium ingredients and crust preferences, with the assurance their customized pie will be delivered oven hot to their table in less than eight minutes. The restaurants also offer paninis, salads and a selection of craft beers and wine. There are currently 38 Uncle Maddio’s operating in 13 states. Uncle Maddio's also has more than 250 units in development.  Based in Atlanta, the chain has markets available nationwide for franchise partner development including Texas, Ohio and Florida. Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint restaurants traditionally operate in 2200 to 3200 square foot freestanding and/or end cap locations. The prototype size is 2400 square feet. In dense markets, in-line units are considered.  Seating for about 80 guests is required and patios are welcomed.
