Restaurant & QSR Expansion Report

Group Spices Up South Florida Tapas Scene……

Seasoned Miami restaurateurs, Centurion Restaurant Group, will be opening their second Bulla Gastrobar restaurant at the newly-developed Downtown Doral project in 2016, which the Miami Herald recently stated “The massive, mixed-use project can change the vibe of the industrial, western suburb of Miami-Dade county.” Inspired by the popular tapas-style casual restaurants in Spain, Bulla Gastrobar serves unique Spanish and Catalan dishes using fresh premium ingredients.  In addition, Centurion will be launching its newest concept, Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar in Downtown Doral and at Kendall’s Palms at Town & Country on Mills Dr.  this Winter. Another is anticipated in early 2017 in the new Metropica planned community project in Sunrise. Described as a lively place serving bold-flavored Peruvian cuisine, Pisco Y Nazca is inspired by the top restaurants in Peru and along with unique cocktails will include over 100 national and international beers. The restaurants are in the 6000 square foot range with seating for 200 to 250 guests. The fast-growing group has plans to rapidly expand both concepts throughout Florida, growing by about seven locations each year, either in opening or in development, and expects to quadruple its number of employees in the next year.
