Colada House at Miramar Bakery is a family-owned Cuban bakery that has operated in the Hollywood area of South Florida for over 30 years specializing in both savory and sweet treats and authentic Cuban cuisine made fresh in-house every morning. Known for its Cuban coffee, pastries and flan cheesecake, the savory menu also features Cuban classics like arroz con pollo, vaca frita, ropa vieja, and mojo chicken. In early May, the company will open an in-line 1530 square foot Colada Cuban Coffee House & Eatery location at the Manor at Flagler Village on N. Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale. Along with its traditional menu/selection, the new location will include a new quick casual Cuban-style brunch menu. Plans are already underway to expand the concept with additional locations in the South Florida area. Negotiations have already started on its next location in the Davie area, also in Broward County.
