Described as ‘Female Focused’, Liberty Prime Steakhouse is a new kind of steakhouse opening at 111 Montgomery St. in Jersey City, New Jersey in mid-October. Owner New Jersey restaurateur George Makrogiannis notes that Liberty Prime makes quality meat its priority, but unlike other steakhouses, it prides itself on a female friendly focus. The menu and atmosphere caters to a female guest without losing the traditional steakhouse experience. "We want to cater to women with specialized menu items, and anyone else who enjoys a good steak,” says Makrogiannis. We cater to steak-loving women in the same way we cater to steak-loving men, everyone gets the options they expect." Liberty Prime's menu will be themed ‘Rare Fashion’  featuring dishes, like the ‘Tropical Mini Skirt Steak’ and ‘Rare Style’, a 16 ounce  Filet Mignon with a four ounce Lobster Tail, to name just a few.  Several dishes have been created with the modern woman in mind, all perfectly sized portions. "The belief is that steak and steakhouses can be fashionable in the same way that other foods and restaurants can,"  he says.

Located within walking distance from the Grove St. and Exchange Place PATH station and minutes from Hoboken and New York City, Liberty Prime Steakhouse is about 4500 square feet.
