Briad Brings Zinburger to NY

In late October, Livingston, New Jersey-based hospitality company, The Briad Group (973/597-6433) opened its fourth Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar at the Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station in New York’s Suffolk County. The restaurant and bar has seating for over 190 and includes an outside patio area.  The 5150 square foot location is the company’s first in New York state. Three units are presently operating in New Jersey. Zinburger is an upscale full service burger restaurant that, along with the made-to-order gourmet burgers, includes shakes, floats, pies and a wide selection of wines and beers. The Briad Group is also preparing to open Zinburger units at The Shops at Nanuet in Nanuet, New York as well as at The Streets at Southpoint in Durham, North Carolina.  Locations are also scheduled to open at the Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta, Georgia, on Emmet St. in Charlottesville, Virginia and in Florida at The Town Center at Boca Raton in Boca Raton and The Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise.  The Briad Group has a licensing agreement with Phoenix, Arizona-based Fox Restaurant Concepts to develop the Zinburger concept in the states east of the Mississippi. The Briad Group is also a licensee of several other concepts including TGI Friday’s, Corner Bakery Café, Wendy’s, etc.
