In the Spring, the Latin inspired quick service chain Pollo Campero (972/770-2800 www.pollocampero.com) entered the Rhode Island market with a location in the Eagle Square in Providence. Now, in early October, the chain has turned its attention to the Virginia market, opening a quick service restaurant in the redevelopment of the Marumsco Plaza in Woodbridge.
