Newk’s Veteran Becomes VP, Company Operations

In late November, Newk’s Holding Co. announced that Kevin Anderson has been promoted to Vice President of Company Operations for the fresh casual Newk’s Eatery restaurant concept. Anderson joined the company four years ago as general manager of a training restaurant in Jackson, Mississippi and during the company’s recent rapid expansion, he rose to become an area director overseeing company-owned restaurants. In this new position, Anderson will lead area directors over Newk’s nine company-owned restaurants, manage the company’s product testing and oversee the manager-in-training program as well as new store opening training and development.
