Shaker & Pie is an interactive restaurant concept which combines wood-fired pizzas with healthy, hearty Italian-influenced street food and crafted cocktails. For the flagship location, PF Hospitality has partnered with restaurant company, Sub-Culture Restaurant Group with PF Hospitality Group hold 51 percent and Sub-Culture holding 49 percent. The 4000 square foot unit will open adjacent to the IPIC Theater. PF Hospitality Group is the creator and current advisor organization of the all-natural and organic pizza franchise, Pizza Fusion and presently oversees the franchise's 16 locations throughout the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
