Cabo Flats Cantina & Tequila Bar is a full service Mexican restaurant and tequila bar that opened in early 2011 at the Downtown at the Gardens project on Lake Victoria Gardens Ave. in Palm Beach Gardens in Florida.  The end unit features a selection of Mexican cuisine, American favorites and organic choices in a mid-priced range.  The company is now putting the final touches to its second ‘eater-tainment’ location in Delray Beach, a community also in Palm Beach County and part of the Miami metropolitan market. The 7300 square foot unit is in the new Delray Marketplace retail and entertainment project, across from the Frank Theatres entertainment and bowling center.  The unit is expected to open in early Fall.   Cabo Flats is now offering franchises and is planning further expansion in South Florida and the Southeast region.
