Pulia Cafe is an Italian deli concept with locations in Milan, Venice, Torino and Florence in Italy and in London in England. The units specialize in produces and dishes from the Puglia region in Southern Italy. The menu includes such items as focaccia, panzerotti, pizza rustica, various types of parmigiana, burrata and mozzarella cheeses, salads, dried pastas, olive oils and wine, along with natural organic smoothies and specialist coffees. Later this year, the company will open a Pulia Cafe in Westfield’s World Trade Center in New York City. In addition, Ariel Schuster, with real estate brokerage RKF reports that Pulia Cafe is also opening a 4200 square foot street location at 1153 Broadway in New York City. Located between West 27th and West 26th streets, the location will consist of 2180 square feet on the ground floor, a mezzanine area of about 1050 square feet and 1050 square feet of lower level space.
