Earlier in October, Simon Property Group, Inc. announced the grand opening of the redeveloped The Shops at Nanuet, its 750,000 square foot open-air, state-of-the-art main street center in New York’s Rockland County, that is providing customers with options for everyday shopping and other daily activities, including dining out, staying fit and attending a movie. Three new anchors will debut at The Shops at Nanuet. They include upscale grocer Fairway Market, a Regal Cinemas that opens in November, and 24-Hour Fitness that opens in December. Macy's and Sears are presently anchoring the property.  The project is on Fashion Ave. in Nanuet, northwest of Manhattan in the New York metropolitan area. In addition to a collection of fashion and specialty retailers that are opening over the coming months, the Shops at Nanuet will also be a destination for dining, with a new Bonefish Grill opening in mid-October, Zinburger opening later in October and PF Chang's and BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse opening in 2014…..
