The Sembler Company has started construction on the Shoppes at Trinity Lakes, an open Publix-anchored neighborhood center in the southeast quadrant of State Road 54 and Trinity Blvd. in Trinity in Central Florida. Along with the 45,600 square foot Piblix supermarket and 1400 square foot Publix Liquor store, the project will also include a Moe’s Southwest Grill and China Wok restaurant. The 65,000 square foot project also includes three outparcels, two of which are under contract with end users. There is strong interest in the remaining 1.48-acre outparcel, as well as the remaining 3600 square feet of retail space. “With the reinvigorated residential market we are seeing more ground-up shopping center development opportunities in Florida,” said Josh Beyer, Senior Vice President of Development for Sembler. “This is the first of three ground-up shopping center developments Sembler will break ground on in the next few months – two in Florida, one in Alabama. And there are more to come.”
