The Southeastern region in one of the targeted ‘hot’ regions identified in the franchise plans for the Phoenix, Arizona-based Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles. Partnering with local real estate veterans, Mike Anderson, Bret Anderson and Dave Sellers, the Whites have formed a franchise company, LoLo’s CNW LLC, to launch the soul-food concept as a national franchise brand. Mike Anderson is CEO of the Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles franchise company which is now sourcing qualified single and multi-unit franchisee across the United States. The 4000 to 5000 square foot licensed restaurants will operate in freestanding locations as well as end cap and high profile in-line units in open centers that offer strong visibility from a main artery, convenient access and parking.
