New Prototype in Baltimore……..

In late October, Texas-based On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina will open its 6827 square foot casual restaurant in the recently opened Towson Square on East Joppa Rd. in Baltimore, Maryland. The chain’s second location in the area, the restaurant will feature 3879 square feet of dining and bar space seating up to 248 guests, along with a 493 square foot patio. The Towson location is a new prototype for the brand, featuring an open kitchen with a mesquite wood-burning grill, bright colors, rustic finishes and unique art and décor. The bar area will incorporate On The Border’s signature beer-bottle chandeliers, which have become a well-known feature and conversation piece at all On The Border restaurants. The unit will also offer a large cantina with a broad selection of fine tequilas, draft beers and multiple flat screens for sports viewing. The outdoor patio area seats approximately 30 guests. On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina offers an extensive menu of classic and contemporary Mexican food, like sizzling mesquite-grilled fajitas, and big and bold Margaritas. Owned by Border Holdings LLC, there are more than 150 restaurants in 36 states, Puerto Rico, Asia and the Middle East.
