Ampal Brings Two More to NJ…..

In mid-January, build-your-own pizza chain Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza reported that it will be opening its second New Jersey location, in Wayne in February. The fast-casual concept, known for its chef-driven menu and casually hip restaurants, will open in Willowbrook Mall. The 2800 square foot location is at the main entrance at level one. In November, Blaze Pizza opened its first New Jersey unit at the 35 Plaza in Paramus and a third New Jersey location is set to open at 1255 Rantan Rd. in Clark in June. The New Jersey Blaze Pizza locations will be operated by Ampal Group, a franchise group based in Green Brook Township, New Jersey. Introduced in California in August 2012, Blaze Pizza has gained attention for its chef-driven recipes and assembly-line format as it expands across the U.S. The company currently operates restaurants in 15 states and the District of Columbia, including the major metropolitan areas of Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Washington D.C.
