Late in January, full-service breakfast and lunch chain of restaurants, The Egg & I opened its 112th location in Coral Springs in Florida. It is also the seventh restaurant in Florida for the Centennial, Colorado-based chain. The unit is in the BB&T Plaza on North University Dr. The chain is also scheduled to open another Florida restaurant later in February at 303 SE 17th St in Ocala. Other locations in North Carolina, Virginia and Texas are under development.
