In early March, Chicago-based Bottleneck Management will open its third Old Town Pour House in the Downtown Crown area of Gaithersburg, Maryland. The full service restaurant and bar at 212 Ellington Blvd. is about 8000 square feet with a 1511 square foot street front patio at the new urban project. The restaurant/bar will offer about 120 craft beers on draft and its made-from-scratch American-style menu along with a premiere audio/visual entertainment system. This is Bottleneck Management’s first location outside of the Midwest. Two other Old Town Pour House restaurants operate in Chicago and in Oak Brook and the restaurant company also operates six other full service restaurants in the Chicago area. Co-owner Chris Bisaillon has stated that expansion into other major metropolitan markets is anticipated.
