Conversions Available in Miami Lakes

Philip Wyllie of Graham Companies is marketing for lease two former restaurant locations in the Cypress Village Shopping Center on NW 154th St/Miami Lakes Dr., just east of Palmetto Expressway, in Miami Lakes. Both are end units in the open 49,000 square foot neighborhood center. In addition, both have kitchen infrastructure and grease traps in place. The smaller unit, 2814 square feet, has two full hood systems and a walk-in refrigerator while the larger location, at 3548 square feet, includes a built-out bar and stage area.  The Cypress Village Shopping Center offers a mix of restaurant and retail services uses for a surrounding residential and business community.  The estimated population within a three mile radius is over 200,000 people and the average household income within a one mile radius is more than $66,000 per year. McDonalds, Wells Fargo Mortgage and Ocean Bank are operating in the center. A freestanding former Blockbuster location of about 6630 square feet is also available.  Miami Lakes is a master planned community developed by Graham Companies. It is a suburb of Miami in Miami-Dade County.
