Celebrity barbecue pitmaster Ed Mitchell and his son Ryan Mitchell will be opening a new barbeque restaurant at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham, North Carolina in early April, according to reports in the News & Observer in Durham. The 4000 square foot Que restaurant will open on the ground floor of the new Diamond View III building in the project. The full service restaurant will have seating for about 150 along with an outdoor patio. The menu is expected to include the whole hog barbecue the Mitchell is known for along with bibs, beef brisket, chicken, etc.
