According to media reports, The Briad Group, a New Jersey-based hospitality company that develops the Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar east of the Mississippi, is in discussion for a location in the Mall at University Town Center in Sarasota in Florida. The company could not confirm it however it would be the company’s third location in the state. Two other Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar units are scheduled to open in The Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise and at the Town Center at Boca Raton in Boca Raton within the next two to four months. Another opening scheduled for Atlanta at Lenox Square is also expected by the Summer. It will be the chain’s first in Georgia. In mid-March, The Briad Group also opened the chain’s first location in Virginia. The upscale gourmet burger restaurant opened at the Barracks Road Shopping Center in Charlottesville. An end cap unit in a pad building, the 5504 square foot restaurant and patio fronts onto Emmet St. North/US Rte 29.  Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar is an upscale casual concept that features gourmet burgers paired with an assortment of fine wine selections.
