The wholly-owned subsidiary, Red Robin International Inc., has acquired the established casual restaurants at Halfmoon Crossing in the Clifton Park area, at 880 Laudon Rd. in Latham, at the Towne Center at Fayetteville in Fayetteville and at 2511 South Rd/Route 9 in Poughkeepsie. With the acquisition, Red Robin now owns and operates twelve restaurants in New York State. The chain is under construction on an end unit at the Great South Bay shopping center in West Babylon on Long Island.
