Rok:Brgr is a gourmet burger bar and gastropub concept that features over 17 signature burgers on the menu. The restaurants also offer several ‘comfort food’ items such as mac n’ cheese, meatloaf and lobster corn dogs, all made with fresh local ingredients. There is also a selection of over 65 craft beers and a large cocktail list. Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based JEY Hospitality Group opened the first Rok:Brgr in 2010 on SW 2nd St. in Fort Lauderdale and in mid-August 2010, it opened a second location at SW 73rd St. in Miami. A third location is scheduled to open in the Fall at The Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallendale Beach in South Florida’s Broward County. At 5000 square feet, it will be the largest Rok:Brgr and with include seating for over 200 with indoor and outdoor bar areas. JEY Hospitality’s Co-founder Marc Falsetto suggested that the company hopes to add three more units in Florida by the end of next year in Delray Beach, Orlando and Tampa. The company is also looking at other markets such as Las Vegas, New York, Charlotte and Nashville.
