Pizza buffet restaurant chain, CiCi’s Pizza has hired two new vice presidents to improve operational systems and help grow the chain. Steven Jones has been named Vice President of Operation services and Training and Brett Willis has joined the company as Vice President of Development. Jones is a 25-year restaurant industry veteran who will focus on improving CiCi’s operational systems and processes. “Steve brings a creative, results-oriented, ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude and approach to his new position, and will play a vital role in transforming how we improve systems, process and procedures,” said CiCi’s CEO Darin Harris.  Willis, an accomplished franchise sales and development executive with more than 16 years’ experience, joins the CiCi’s after holding positions at Smashburger, Arby’s and Sonic. “Brett has a proven track record of recruiting and retaining franchisees, and that’s just what we need in preparing to grow our system again,” added Harris. The Coppell, Texas-based CiCi’s Pizza operates almost 500 restaurants in 34 states.
