In late 2013, Antonio and Ana Colaci opened CupPasta, a quick service concept in the food court at the Oviedo Mall in northeast Orlando.  The unit features authentic Italian pasta made fresh by hand on site each day. The pasta bar concept allows the customer to choose from several pastas and sauces. The menu also includes fresh Panini sandwiches and desserts.  Plans are already underway to expand the concept in Florida with other food court units scheduled to open in the Seminole Towne Center in Sanford in early June followed by a unit at the Fashion Square in Orlando in mid-June. According to reports in the Orlando Sentinel, Colaci is planning to open about 30 CupPasta locations over the coming five years.
