Florida-based breakfast, brunch and lunch concept First Watch opened its fifth Atlanta-area restaurant in Alpharetta in early August with a sixth location to open in just a few months in Kennesaw. The Alpharetta restaurant is located in the new Twin Oaks Shopping Center on the northeast corner of Old Milton Pkwy and North Point Pkwy. The 3550 square foot restaurant features a comfortable atmosphere with casual décor and employs 25 people. “The metro Atlanta area has proven to be a mainstay for us,” said Chief Marketing Officer Chris Tomasso. “We’re happy here, and I think it shows with our service and customer appreciation every day. The response in Atlanta has continued to be very positive, and we expect the Alpharetta restaurant will attract both first-time and loyal First Watch guests.” The fast growing daytime-only restaurant concept presently has more than 120 restaurants in 16 states and additional units under development as part of its aggressive growth strategy. The company also operates 20 restaurants under The Good Egg name in Arizona.
