Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill is a full service restaurant and bar concept made famous by country singer Toby Keith’s 2003 hit song ‘I Love This Bar’. Serving a Southern style American menu of hamburgers, steaks, wings, etc., the large format restaurants features live entertainment. Each of the units includes an 85 foot full service bar built in the shape of a guitar. Operated by Phoenix, Arizona-based Boomtown Entertainment, there are presently about 15 restaurant/bars operating in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Texas and Virginia with several more planned. Earlier this year, it was announced that the first Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar in Florida will open later this Summer. The 20,000 square foot unit will open at the new Artegon Orlando shopping, dining and entertainment project on International Dr. in Orlando. Then, in mid-March, the company reported that a second restaurant/bar will open in Florida, about 45 miles west at the Lakeland Square mall in Lakeland. It will be about 15,000 square feet and is expected to open in Summer 2015. Other scheduled locations include Boise in Idaho, Oxnard in California as well as Phoenix North and New Orleans.
