According to various internet food and drink publications including Eater and The Daily Meal, Philadelphia-based restaurateur Jose Garces will enter the New York City market in 2015.  The 7500 square foot fine dining restaurant will be part of the Brookfield Place, formerly World Financial Center, on Vesey St. in Lower Manhattan. The unit will include an outdoor patio area. The celebrity chef’s company, Garces Group presently operates restaurants in Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Chicago, Palm Springs and Scottsdale under various banners including Amada, Garces Trading Company, Distrito, Village Whiskey, etc.
