Greensboro, North Carolina-based southern-style breakfast restaurant Biscuitville has unveiled its new look along with plans for a renovations program. And the restaurants, known for the made-from-scratch biscuits, has also asnnounced that it is introducing a new ‘Fresh Southern’ lunch menu that will be in the restaurants by late Summer. The 48-year old chain is also planning to develop more of its traditional restaurants as well as non-traditional units in areas such as airports ans universities. Drive-thru-only and mobile concepts are to be added in markets in North Carolina and Virginia. Later in March, the company will introduce the Fresh Southern lunch menu at its restaurant on High Point Rd. in Greensboro. All of the Greensboro locations will follow by May and the full rollout of the lunch menu will be completed by late Summer. The family-owned company presently operates 54 restaurants in North Carolina and Virginia.
