Boneheads Grilled Fish & Chicken is a fast casual restaurant concept that boasts of fun, fiery and flavorful cuisine. The menu ranges from fire-grilled fish seasoned with its signature spices to chicken dishes marinated with Piri Piri sauce. Last week, Ron Barber, Chairman of Boneheads Grilled Fish & Chicken reported that part of the company’s immediate expansion will include five locations in Pakistan, the chain’s first overseas restaurant. Franchisee Mukaram Ghani signed a five-store agreement to bring Boneheads overseas with two locations opening in Pakistan by December 2014. In addition to international growth, the company reports continued U.S. growth, including a 20-store franchise agreement in Southern California with Malik Asif, an existing multi-restaurant operator. In addition, six more locations are set to open in Georgia, New Jersey, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. "With the amount of inquiries we have received in 2014, we are on track to open 50 locations in the next three years,” said Barber. “As we continue to grow, so will our corporate infrastructure to support our franchisees both domestically and internationally." Introduced in Atlanta in 2006, there are presently nine Boneheads restaurants open and several in development. In June, Boneheads will open at 4456 Youree Dr. in Shreveport in Louisana and in August at 5815 Windward Pkwy. in Alpharetta, Georgia.
