After months of planning, restaurant veteran Kip Kolow has just opened the first SlowBones Modern BBQ, a quick casual concept featuring barbeque ribs, braised brisket, pulled pork, grilled chicken along with a wide selection of sides. The 1630 square foot restaurant opened Burlington Mall Rd. at the Burlington Marketplace in Burlington, Massachusetts. The unit will also offer a takeout service, catering, and bulk BBQ by the pound. Plans are underway to offer the in-house-made sauces for sale early in the new year. Growth plans were not available at this time.
