Good is a rapidly growing, Boston-based quick casual restaurant concept with 13 locations currently operating and over 30 others under development in the U.S. Northeast region. The ten year old concept features a ‘better burger’ menu, ground daily in each restaurant using fresh steak from local, family farms that do not use antibiotics or hormones. Produce is also from local farms and menu items are rotated based on seasonal and local availability. The fries and sweet potato fries are hand-cut and the all-natural veggie burgers, sauces and dressings are made from scratch. The b.Good chain is now expanding into Canada, focusing on the Toronto market for the initial locations. Todd Feinstein of Paracom Realty Corp. has been retained to handle the site selection for the Canadian launch. Street-front locations on the city’s major corridors in the downtown core, mid-town and surrounding neighborhoods are targeted. The preferred size is in the 2000 to 2600 square foot range with minimum of 20 feet frontage.
