Primos Group Comes on Board

In mid-October, the New Miami Subs Grill reported that Primos Group LLC has signed on to open three new restaurants in the Miami area.  The first location is expected to open before the end of the year at 18660 South Dixie Hwy in the Cutler Bay area of Miami.  A second unit near Miami’s Sun Life Stadium will follow with the third to be announced later. The planned locations will be open 24-hours, will also feature breakfast and serve beer, wine and champagne. The Primos Group LLC locations will feature a modified exterior design and the full new interior look by the artistic direction of architect Kobi Karp of Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior. The Primos Group founders, Oscar Fernandez and Jaime Maussan, natives of Mexico, plan on creating showpiece restaurants in Miami that they can introduce to their home country at a later date.  Plans for national and worldwide expansion continue at the New Miami Subs Grill, with upcoming international locations scheduled for Jordan, New Zealand, South America and 56 locations to open in the Gulf Coast countries of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain. In national expansion, the franchise brand recently announced 58 restaurants to open throughout Hawaii. The quick casual chain presently has locations in Florida, South Carolina and Guyana. The restaurants will operate in freestanding unit in the 2000 to 4000 square foot range as well as it smaller 1000 to 2000 square foot Express units in gas stations, convenience stores, etc.
